I am jealous of everyone who is going on vacation. Why does it seem like I'm the only person in the world who isn't? For various reasons, which I won't get into right now, I can't take any fun vacations this year. All my travel has been and will be obligatory. It's getting to me. My spirit yearns for some time away. Instead of sitting around daydreaming about riding a bicycle through the streets of Paris, which is just a tease at this point, I have decided to do things to trick myself into thinking I am on vacation.
